Applying for a Marriage License
Both people planning to marry must go to the Norman County Recorder's Office in Ada at the same time. You cannot send just one person or mail in an application. The standard license fee is $115. Couples who complete 12 or more hours of premarital education from an approved source can apply for the reduced fee of $40.
